What a difference two months can make!!! These sessions with Sonia came on the back of a turbulent time in my life. I had not long finished therapy after struggling in my personal life and was looking for a way to continue the momentum of exploration and growth. It was very easy to be open, honest and even vulnerable with Sonia and we quickly honed in on both personal and professional goals to explore during our time together. Her support felt genuine and the suggestions and actions were always carefully considered and ranged in scope from baby steps to big strides. I have certainly grown during this time and have achieved a lot more than I envisioned when I embarked upon this journey. I'm excited to see what more we can achieve together.
